If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, you will need to contact us within 2 days of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) substantiating reasons for your dissatisfaction. If in the opinion of both Globalchocostore and the concerned brand, your complaint is valid then we will agree to replace and deliver the product(s) free of charge to you within 5 days from the decision to replace the product(s).
All or any claims submitted without clear supporting documents to substantiate such claims will not be eligible for replacement.

Globalchocostore adopts a no refund policy.
Our guarantee to you extends only to correctly addressed orders and does not apply in cases were the order(s) cannot be delivered on first attempt or if you revise the shipment address once the delivery process commences.
You are responsible to provide the correct address. We will charge you if necessary with any and all fees associated with a wrong address. If the apartment/suite number is not included or a wrong postal code is provided or if there are other faults with the address and if reshipping is required, there will be a re-shipping charge equal to the original shipping value added to you.
