11th February 2021 - Please be advised that due to Brexit the Chocolissimo Brand has temporary suspended delivery of their products to the UK until further notice.
Shipments to the UK are expected to resume in the near future.
1.1 - How can I use Globalchocostore to buy chocolates in my country of residence?
By using the menu to navigate to your local store/country, you will be able to view all brands and products sold and delivered to your country. Once in the concerned store, you will be able to filter products by brand, product and occasions unique to that store.
1.2 - How can I use Globalchocostore to gift chocolates to friends and family in other countries?
Simply visit the store of the country(s) in question, search under brands, products or occasions and select/ add to cart the product(s) you wish to send as gift(s). At checkout provide shipping address details of your friends/family and complete your transaction.
1.3 - Can I buy products from multiple brands at a time during a single checkout process?
No, the system will not allow you to buy from multiple brands during a single checkout process. You can only buy products from one brand at a time. The process is as follows:
a. Select the globalchocostore that is relevant to you.
b. View all products within the store.
c. Filter out the brand that captures your interest.
d. Select the products you require and add to cart.
e. Do not add products from different brands to your cart.
e. Complete the check out process.
1.4 - When will my order ship?
Depending on the brand and country concerned, we can offer up to 3 delivery methods:
- Standard National (local) – Your order will be shipped as soon as the parcel is ready and will reach you within 3 working days.
- Next Day National (local) – Order by 2pm for your order to arrive the following working day
- International Delivery - Delivery times to be confirmed upon ordering
1.5 - What is the cost of shipping?
Currently, each brand has its own shipping costs for the countries they deliver to. For detailed information on the cost of shipping, please navigate to "About Us - Cost of Shipping" on the main menu. Cost of shipping can range anywhere between (a) free shipping for minimum order amounts (b) GBP 3.50 for local deliveries and (c) between GBP40 to GBP70 for international delivery. Globalchocostore automatically adds the shipping costs and any relevant VAT amounts as two distinct line items during the checkout process.
1.6 - Does Globalchocostore work out the exact cost of shipping on checkout?
Yes that is correct.
1.7 –Do I have to create an account to place an order?
Yes, you do need to create an account to place an order. Once you have put all of your items in your shopping bag, you a can create an account for easy checkout.
1.8 –What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
To reset your password, please visit My Account, select 'Sign in' and 'Forgotten Password.' You will be asked to enter your email address and click 'reset password'. An email will be sent with a link to change your password.
1.9 –Can my order include a gift message?
You can select to include a gift message as part of your checkout.
1.10 –Will I receive an order confirmation?
An order confirmation will be sent immediately to your email address after placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, order total, and optional gift message within one hour of placing your order. Please review this information as soon as possible to ensure all addresses, items and arrival dates are correct. If you need to make any changes to your order, contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com.
1.11 –Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatched email including a tracking number and link to track your order. If the link does not work, or you have any questions about your delivery, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
1.12 –Can I create an account after I start placing my order?
Yes. After your order is completed, you will be asked if you would like to create an account, which will allow you to track your orders and will also make ordering easier for you in the future.
1.13 – Can you provide me with more information on the chocolate ingredients?

1.14 –Can I cancel my order?
Yes. All orders can be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched. It is not possible to cancel an order after an item is dispatched.
